NSR Chairman Mike Martin is supported by a Committee and a huge team of volunteers. The Committee members are all involved in junior rowing at different schools and clubs bringing a wide range of expertise and perspectives. NSR relies entirely on this team to deliver a first-class event for the competitors, their dedicated coaches and army of supporters.
