National Schools Regatta (NSR) is proud to announce entries are now open for the National Schools’ Regatta Indoors (NSRi) event.
No expensive equipment needed here. It is just about you, your team and a how hard you can push yourself. Do you have what it takes to go to the next level?
NSR are hosting three days of high adrenaline, high energy indoor rowing competitions during National Schools’ Regatta at Dorney Lake on May 25th to May 27th, 2018.
Come and join us at one of the largest junior regatta’s in the country to soak up the atmosphere and put your fitness to the test. There will even be an opportunity for parents and supporters to come and have a go too! Working alongside London Youth Rowing and Concept 2 we are offering Team and Individual events.
Three days of competition for all
Racing for Teams of 5 boys or 5 girls. Each day has a different race option and different age groups. No qualification required.
The Team Events on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be separate events.

The ultimate fitness challenge. NSRi will offer three days of racing to Individual Sprint racing.
Bring your ‘A Game’ to NSRi.
Racing over 500m with no limit to the number of times you can race. Where will you feature on the Leader Board?

For parents, teachers, siblings and grandparents.
Join the fun at NSRi and take the opportunity to enjoy the race atmosphere. No prior experience necessary, just lots of enthusiasm!
The Fine Print
There is no qualification time, this event is open to all juniors between the ages of 14yrs and 18yrs.
The competition will be held in a marquee on the lake side at Dorney Lake.
Entries from on the water competitors will be accepted on the day only after completing on the water racing.
Coaches – we welcome competitors from your clubs and schools that are not racing on the water. This is the perfect opportunity for those club members to be part of a fantastic competition at NSRi.
The NSR Committee would like to thank Paul Lucas from Progressive marketing for helping to share this new initiative for the regatta. Paul has taken the NSR vision of bringing high quality racing experiences to junior rowers from all over the country to a different level. Sincere thanks go also to our partners at London Youth Rowing. CEO, Matt Rostron and his energetic team will bring their experience and drive to NSR Indoors. And, of course, a massive thank you to Concept 2 and Alex Dunne, without whose equipment we would not be able to offer this event at all.
