***IMPORTANT*** Race Filming

RACE FILMING - at NSR 2018 the regatta organisers will be filming the racing to put on a big screen.  There will also be footage on Youtube.Coaches - please gather the consent of the parent or guardian of each crew member to take video footage of their child racing being published online and becoming the IP of NSR. IMPORTANT – ACCESS FOR TRAILERS AND COMPETITORS

THURSDAY 24 MAY Dorney Lake is open from 8:30am for access for coaches to drop off boats.  The site will close at 8.30pm.  On arrival trailer drivers will be given a Trailer Pass to enable collection. Trailer drivers will be directed to the Trailer Park and to unload or unhitch.  No empty trailers to be left in Trailer Park. Empty trailers or towing vehicles will be directed to park along Drovers Road where parking is free. **Marquee Spaces NSR 2018 – Pitch Allocations**

Marquee pitches have been allocated on a first-come-first-served basis – please see attached instructions regarding setting up and dismantling. There will be provision for two vehicles behind each Marquee – passes for these places will be sent out to the address given when the booking was made – the passes do NOT give entry to the site, parking fees will have to be paid on entry as with all other spectator vehicles. National Schools’ Regatta in partnership with London Youth Rowing and Concept 2 is proud to announce a new indoor rowing competition for 2018.
